Do you know where I can order a Pad Printer from China?

Is there a video showing how to make print or cut files? I am stuck on how to take the stickers I printed kiss or die cut.

Totally agree regarding shipping, you have to make sure its DDP. You may have to ask different manufacturers because most of them only do bulk or CIP shipping. They don't want to bother with small orders that won't fill the container. I ordered a relatively large passenger enclosed tricycle. I live in California though and am relatively close to the port. Price of my unit was around $1200 with DDP shipping around $2300 for a total of $3500 to my door. No need for a customs broker or freight forwarder, they handled everything, I just had to wait for it to be delivered. For me it was worth it as golf carts new are around $6k to $10k in my area.

How do you deal with picking the individual decals off your summa? I find that picking/sorting the finished decals takes longer than the machine takes to cut and is a huge bottleneck, also bending over the summa is killer on your back!

I don't know how it is for you, but when we had our Canon digital press back in the day the service was a nightmare. One of the reasons we eventually switched to Ricoh and have never looked back.

What’s your suggestion on a galvo co2 for tumblers. Is it easy to get cylinder correction good on that. Would you also use a rotary with that say if your doing full wraps with maybe a 300 lens?

I have the same Summa. Take the kisskut holder. Add a felt pen to it. Put the pen to the belt and move the head back on the belt to draw a line on it. It will help you lining up the vinyl super easy :)

What’s the washability for that hot peel? We tested 7-10 different suppliers and found the prints looked like crap by wash 20 so we said with our hybrid film.

I just realized after watching a number of your videos that your jig on your fiber laser only engraves pens for left handed people. Am I correct? Also do you get additional money for engraving a second line on the other side of the pens?

These are really cool, but not waterproof right? Do you know of any printing method that provides UV stable print with waterproofing? I am trying to find a good way to print plant tags and they would get wet with watering as they are meant to stay with the plant.

I've been watching your videos for a while and decided to get the hp latex printer i ended up buying the hp latex 360 and the hp latex 64 cutter used, but while setting up the cutter its unable to read my barcode, i did end up getting it to read it once but it offcut really bad, and now its not reading at all so im stuck haha do you do facetime calls where i can just pay you to help me

Reducing items and designs on apparel stores is always a good idea. It typically increases sales and makes production so much easier. Plus it gives the customer a reason to do a future store with a different design a few months down the road.

Always amazing watching the print shop in motion. Can't believe how far you've grown from that small 8' x 8' office in your house to the operation you have now. Congrats Daron, and here's to even more success in the future.

Great seeing a video! I’d love to hear more about how you go between hats and polos on the embroidery side. I only have a single head, but so far I’ve been resistant to switch back and forth between hats and the mighty hoop system.

Hi, I bought same type and imported to Germany, Bavaria. I see, you haven't removed the bar above the roll. It is only for transport/assembly necessary, because it restricts the gap under the roll. Remove it for a better workflow, there are also 2 "hooks", which fit in this area. You can use it, when the air preasure is off. So the roll is not resting on the table and staying round.

It's a constant battle to get it to run smoothly, and I've had numerous issues with the laser itself, needing frequent adjustments and replacements. While the price is attractive, the lack of reliability and support makes it a frustrating experience.

I can’t seem to get my profile right on the HP365. Black comes out solid but other colors are grainy. I’m using substance vinyl. Any recommendations?

I must express my disappointment with its performance when running tumblers. The laser seems to struggle to maintain consistent power output, resulting in uneven engraving and inconsistent results.
